Athlete Biography
I was born in 1976, the youngest in a family of four. I have three older sisters Kerrie, Jane and Susan all of whom are now married. My parents, Alistair and Pat have retired and now live at Coffs Harbour on the NSW north coast. They regularly come watch me compete around the world.

Athlete Injuries: I try to look after my body with regular massage, physio and I see my chiropractor weekly. This is how I have kept the injuries to a minimum during my career.
