World Triathlon

I first took up triathlon in 2005, because my whole family is involved in the sport. My uncle is a pioneer of the sport in Kazakhstan; he’s a head triathlon coach. My uncle has had a big influence on my sporting career.

During a typical training week, I do six hours of swimming and 18 hours of running and cycling. My personal best swim time (1500m) is 20:00, bike (40km) 1:08, and run (10km) 39:00.

Outside of triathlon, I study at the university.
