The ASTC Women camp will be held in Korea from April 21-27, 2016. The camp will focus on preparing female athletes for Hatsukaichi Asian Triathlon Championships and monitoring Team ASTC and Emerging SD athletes’ development.
Maximum Participants: 10 female athletes& 10 ASTC Team athletes (NF must send at least 1 coach with their athlete.

Participants’ requirement:
 NFs with above invited athletes can’t enter any other athletes.
 Athletes must compete in the Hatsukaichi Asian Championships
 Entry should be applied through participants’ NFs.
 Prepare good Swim, Bike, Run Gears(cracked helmets not allowed).
 Insurance certificate required
Athletes Support:
 Full airfare subsidy for Team ASTC and Emerging SD athletes
 Airfare subsidy for selected female athletes (actual airfare subsidy will be decided after the entry closed.)
 ASTC will cover full accommodation, meals, local transportation for all participants.

Entry and selection procedure
1. The following NF can enter athletes and coaches.
 Emerging countries definition : A country who has not produced Olympian in Triathlon; Bangladesh, Bahrain, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Kirgizistan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Oman, Nepal, Pakistan, Palestine, Singapore, Sri Lanka, UAE, Uzbekistan
1. NF MUST submit athletes (aged 15-23 )
2. NF MUST nominate a coach to support their selected by April 1, 2016
3. NF MUST submit the following athletes’ information by April 1, 2016
A. Best 100m swim performance within the past 3 months
B. Best 400m swim performance within the past 3 months
C. Best 1500m run performance within the past 3 months
D. Best 3000m run performance within the past 3 months
4. Athletes will be selected and their confirmed participation by April 9, 2016
5. An official acceptation email will be sent to athletes, coaches, & NF on April 9, 2016
6. Athletes MUST send their training plan for the 2 weeks prior to the camp.
Failure to do so will result in removing athletes from confirmed list.
7. Athletes & Coaches MUST confirm their travel arrangements by April 16, 2016
