In planning the best possible European Championships ever, we would kindly ask you to help us make the shuttle service as smooth as possible. Therefore we need you to tell us your need for transportation from the airport to your hotel and back again. We only need information for elite athletes and staff from the national federation. All you need to do is to answer the following questions:
How many persons will apply for shuttle service?
Arrival date and time?
Departure date and time?
Name of hotel you are staying at?
Please respond at latest Friday the 25th of may.
As soon as we know your demands, we will announce a shuttle plan on our homepage http://www.triathloncopenhagen.dk Be aware that you have to book in advance for the shuttle service, other vice we can not guarantee for your transportation. The price will be 10 euro for each way per person.
