All elite athletes shall be picked up from the Airport to their hotels. You are required to send in your flight details before 5th November .

The Royal Court Hotel. This is situated 1.5 km from the event site. It is also at the city centre where you can have a good insight of the Mombasa citys rich history.

Coaches and athletes race briefing shall be at the Coast Academy swimming pool on Friday 21st at 5:00pm

Event Schedule

Elite men start time is 14:00 hours and elite female will be 14:10 hours. on 23rd Nov 2008. Transition area opens at 12:00 pm and close at 13:00 hours.
