To participate in the 2008 Elite National Championship event, an athlete must be a current USAT licensed elite athlete or, if foreign, show proof of elite status form his/her National Federation. All athletes must also be sure to register through his/her National Federation since this is an ITU Premium Cup. Registration closes September 16, 2008 at 11:59 pm.
