Event Closest Airport

Roatan International Airport (RTB), and San Pedro Sula (SAP). Both airports are only 2hrs flight from Houston, Miami, or Dallas. Direct flights on weekends on Continental, Tacam, and Delta Airlines. More information at www. BayIslandsTriathlon.com, under accommodaitons and flights.
COMING FROM EUROPE???
The Henry Morgan Resort brings a charter direclty into Roatan from Milan Malpenza Airport each week. Prices vary from EU750 to 1000 Euros depending on time of reservation. For more information contact us directly at info@bayislandstriathlon.com.

Event Local Transport

The Henry Morgan Resort offers free transportation to and from the airport to its customers. In addition the race organizers have contracted with local transportation to transport athletes and bikes to any hotel for $12 per person. Normal taxi fare is normally $25/person.

THE HENRY MORGAN RESORT is located in West Bay, considered among one of the top 10 beaches in the world by some experts. They are an all-inclusive style resort, and are giivng our athletes some great deals.
Stay here for 4 or more nights and you get the following FREE: Race registration fee, Triathlon Camp, registration to the 5Km Fun walk/run, and the new Kid’s Beach Run.
All directed to provide some great days of fun for the entire family.

Athlete Briefing

Mandatory race briefing takes place on Saturday May 3rd at 4pm, in the meetings room at Henry Morgan Resort. Separate English and Spanish meetings will be held. Agegroup briefings will start at 5pm.

Friday May 2 - 5Km Fun run/walk -5pm
Friday May 2 - Kid’s Beach Race - 5:45pm
Saturday May 3 - Packet pick-up and last chance for registration - 2pm to 6:30pm.
Saturday May 3 - Pasta Party - starts at 6:30pm
Sunday May 4th - RACE DAY - Transition area opens at 6am. All athletes are asked to arrive no later than 6:30am.
Race starts 7:30 am
