Swim Course: 1 lap,
The swim takes place in Lake Burley Griffin. With no current the lake provides swimmers the opportunity to post fast swim times. The one lap course is swim in a clockwise direction. The start is in deep water, with swimmers exiting via a purpose built ramp/steps.
Bike Course: 2 lap,
Flat and tachnical course.
Run course: 1 lap,
Running will be flat, take place inside the King Park on gravel pavement.
