SWIM - 1 x 750m lap in Mersey River (Deep water start - expected water temperature is 17c)
BIKE - 4 x 5km laps of Devonport CBD and river foreshore (1 hill per lap - Steele Street)
RUN - 5 x 1km laps along river foreshore (Flat run)
Age Group - Olympic Distance (1500m/40km/10km)
SWIM - 2 x 750m laps in Mersey River (Deep water start - expected water temperature is 17c)
BIKE - 4 x 10km laps of Devonport CBD and river/beach foreshore (1 hill per lap - Nixon Street)
RUN - 3 x 3.3km laps along river foreshore (Flat run)
