In addition to entering through the event website athletes must register with their National Federation.  Athlete’s race uniform must comply with ITU rules.

Harbour swim –Box Course

Bike Course:
Number of laps: 6
Course is flat with the exception of a hill climb of approximately 750m on each lap.  There is a tight hairpin bend during the decent.  The course can be subject to strong gusty winds

Run Course:
Number of laps: 4
The run course is entirely flat and non-technical

U19 Distances: Swim: 750m Bike: 20km Run: 5km
