Wetsuits use allowed All ELEVEN distances are non-drafting - TT bikes allowed
There is no fluid station on the bike so bring your own fluids
Fluid stations on the run will serve water and 32GI

3rd 6 000 ZAR
4th 4 500 ZAR
5th 3 000 ZAR
