On weekdays and usually the most economic way to get there is to SAP and then connect on Taca Regional, http://www.tacaregional.com.
Also check connection flights from SAP on http://www.cmairlines.com and http://www.aerolineasosahn.com .
United has direct flights to and from Houston on Thursdays, Friday, Sat, Sun, Mon.
American flies from Miami on Saturdays, and Delta from Atlanta also on Saturdays.
