COURSES
SWIM
Start Mechanism: Pontoon / (Deep water for Paratriathletes)
Water temperature: Approx. 17 degrees
anti-clockwise box course starting with a dive/deep water start from the pontoon and finishing on the Chaffer’s Marina Beach.

BIKE
through Oriental Bay and Evans Bay Parades turning just before Kio Bay. On the return leg turn left into Carlton Gore Rd turning at the intersection of Lindum Tce then descending back to Oriental Parade and return to Herd Street to commence the next lap.
PARA: out and back course through Oriental Bay and Evans Bay Parades to a turnaround just before the Cobham Drive intersection and back to the second turn at Herd St/Oriental Parade intersection before returning to Transition. The out/back lane between Transition and Oriental Parade will be a neutral no overtaking zone.

RUN
out and back through Oriental Bay to a turnaround opposite #346 Oriental Parade.
PARA: through Oriental Bay to a turnaround at Balena Bay, and then return to the finish at Te Papa Carpark
