The eleventh edition of the 2015 Anti-Doping Organization (ADO) Symposium will be held for the first time over three days instead of two, from Tuesday 24 to Thursday 26 March 2015 at the Palais de Beaulieu in Lausanne, Switzerland.

As a noteworthy novelty this year, the WADA Symposium will include on Day 2 a full day of practical workshops and training relating to education, testing, intelligence & investigations, results management, therapeutic use exemptions, ADAMS, and other key areas of the fight against doping in sport.

In addition, for the first time, WADA-accredited laboratories will partake in the Symposium, enabling interaction and discussions with ADOs on Day 3.

Day 1 will involve athletes in particular and will be open to the media.

WADA’s ADO Symposium is a unique event offering International Federations, National and Regional Anti-Doping Organizations, Major Event Organizers, as well as other stakeholders integral to the fight against doping in sport the opportunity to gather, network, share practices and brainstorm every year about the present and future of the fight for the protection of clean athletes.

This, year, as has been the case every year, ITU will be represented by its Anti-Doping Director, Leslie Buchanan and also by Dr. Sergio Migliorini, Chair of the ITU Medical and Anti-Doping Committee.
