20% discount to individual participants coming to the event, for published travel news available at the time that you make the reservation. This promotion does not apply to executive class.

The airlines tickets must be purchase at Copa Airlines local ciity of origin for each participant and is valid only from 4 days before and after the event date.  You must carry some documentation that valid this event (the office is aware of what to do).

Special discounts for Copa Courier, for document sending for the event (15% discount on all Copa Airlines routes and 10% on the rest).
