World Triathlon

In total, 30 coaches from five countries (Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Turkey) took part in the ITU Level 1 Club Coaches Course in Medulin, Croatia. During the four-day course, facilitators Grega Zore from Slovenia and Tibor Lehmann from Hungary conducted theoretical and practical sessions about the basic know-how of triathlon. This included seminars on swimming, cycling, running, transitions, nutrition, sport psychology, philosophy, risk management, periodization and more. All the participants passed the exam after the course, becoming certified Level 1 triathlon coaches.
