Entries now open for ITU World Triathlon Cape Town

Entries are now open for the ITU World Triathlon Cape Town. To enter go to the registration page on the official event website capetown.triathlon.org

WTS Cape Town is the first ITU WTS triathlon to be held on African soil and is a weekend Festival of Sport scheduled for 26, 27 April 2014 at the V&A Waterfront Cape Town. The event will not only showcase the world’s best Elite Athletes racing over the Olympic distance of a 1500m swim, 40Km cycle and 10km run, but it’s also an event for the masses.

Entries are open for the Sprint and Olympic distance for individuals and teams. Celebrate a healthy lifestyle and make being a part of the first ever WT Cape Town your resolution for 2014.

Maiden Africa stop added to 2014 WTS schedule
For the first time ever, a World Triathlon Series event will be held on the continent of Africa with a race slated to be held at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, South Africa in 2014.
