Some ITU races are known for their hot and humid conditions, like the quickly approaching Huatulco World Cup and this weekend’s World Triathlon Series in Yokohama.

The heat can make or break an athlete on race day, but if you prepare properly it doesn’t have to slow you down. Check out this week’s Essential Triathlon Training Tip with 2008 Olympic gold medallist Jan Frodeno to learn his tips on keeping your cool.
