World Triathlon

In the last month, a number of Level 2 Technical Officials Seminars were held around the world. Below, we recap two of the courses.

Edmonton, Canada
With a support of Triathlon Canada, ITU hosted a Technical Officials Level 2 Seminar just before the Grand Final with nine participants from five National Federations. David Markham (CAN) and Felix Molina (MEX) conducted the course with a huge success. The Level 2 TOs education is very important in the Amreicas on the way to Rio 2016.

Harare, Zimbabwe
A total of 17 participants from four nations took part in a Level 2 Technical Officials Seminar in Harare, Zimbabwe. Rick Fulton (ZIM) led the course under the mentorship of ITU Technical Operations Sr. Manager Thanos Nikopoulos. Rick will now be able to conduct a Level 2 course in the future without the presence of ITU on site.

The last Technical Officials Level 2 Seminar will be hosted by Europe at the end of November.
