Photo competition: Chicago

As a first-time host of a World Triathlon Series race, Chicago did not disappoint. From its majestic skyline to the steaming competition, it quickly became a must-do race. Luckily, there’s another chance to join the action next year when the Windy City welcomes the Grand Final.

Last year, in what might just be the comeback performance of the year, Gwen Jorgensen ran down Helen Jenkins and Juri Ide to become the most successful woman in WTS history in front of a home crowd. In the men’s race, Javier Gomez Noya was back to his winning ways as he held off a quickly approaching Joao Pereira and Mario Mola to take his fourth win of the season.

With a backdrop like this, we predict a close photo competition this week. Your vote?
