Mission

The Audit Committee has the following responsibilities: (1) Periodically to review the financial statements prepared by the Secretary General and the Financial and Marketing Vice-President, and have contact with the external auditor; (2) Periodically to report to the Executive Board and to Congress on the status of the financial statements.
