Dear National Federations’ representatives, Technical Officials, Event Organisers and Future ITU World Championship hosts;

We would like to invite you to participate in the 2015 Chicago ITU Observers’ Seminar in Chicago, US on the occasion of the. World Triathlon Grand Final Chicago.

The ITU Observers’ Seminar is open to future confirmed ITU World Triathlon Series and World Cup host organisations and cities, as well as bid organisations and cities for non-confirmed ITU World Triathlon and World Cup events (all disciplines).

The Seminar will commence on Saturday, September 19th and will be consisted of a two-hour tour with a series of practical components in all relevant areas of interest. Please see below the schedule for details:

Saturday, 19 September 2015
10:00-10:20   Seminar’s Registration
Location: ITU Office, Venue

10:30-12:30 Observers’ Seminar - Tour of Venue and back of house for seminar’s participants
Location: Race Venue

Other Relevant Information:
