Loughborough is situated in the middle of the UK, and British Triathlon’s office is situated on the Loughborough University campus.
If travelling by plane, East Midlands Airport is the nearest, and there is a bus service that runs every 20 minutes to Loughborough town centre.
If arriving into London Heathrow Airport, take the Heathrow Express train into Paddington Station, then the Circle Line to King’s Cross St. Pancras Underground Station, a journey of approximately 45 minutes. Alternatively, the tube journey from Heathrow Airport to St. Pancras Station takes approximately 50 minutes using the Piccadilly and Victoria lines.
If arriving into London Gatwick Airport, take the Gatwick Express train into Victoria Station, then the Victoria Line to King’s Cross St. Pancras Underground station, a journey of approximately 45 minutes.
From St. Pancras International Station there are trains to Loughborough every hour.
From Loughborough Rail Station there is a bus service that runs every 20 minutes to the University (nearest stop is Holywell Park and is a three minute walk from the British Triathlon office).
The nearest hotels are only a ten minute walk from the British Triathlon office, both with ample free parking:

The GBR TOs are staying in The Link Hotel, should you wish to do the same. Alternatively there are hotels in Loughborough town centre should you wish to book there instead.
Lunches are provided on both Saturday and Sunday, and tea and coffee are available throughout the day. Evening meals are not provided by British Triathlon.
