Please note that reservations made through channels other than the official reservation form will not include breakfast.

Each country is eligible for complimentary benefits for four athletes nominated by its National Federation, including the race entry fee, two nights of accommodation from October 1 to October 3, and round-trip airport transfers between the airport and the hotel during the event period.

Each country will be provided with a total of two complimentary rooms, with two beds in each room, regardless of whether the athletes compete in the Elite or Junior category. The complimentary accommodation covers two nights from October 1 to October 3.

Complimentary rooms are subject to hotel availability and are only available for reservations made through the official reservation form. Reservations made through external channels will not be eligible for the complimentary room allocation.

Please note that the official hotel is currently fully booked and is no longer accepting reservations. Therefore, no further complimentary room requests can be accepted at this stage.

Any additional rooms or nights beyond the complimentary allocation will be charged separately.

Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA)

• Distance: ~12 km (20–25 minutes by car or taxi)

• Type: Domestic and select regional international flights

Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE)

• Distance: ~32 km (35–45 minutes by car via National Highway No. 2 and No. 1)

• Type: Main international gateway; connected to the region via the Airport MRT
