8.30am to 9.30am: Swim familiarisation.

9.45am to 11.00am Bike and Run familiarisation.

14h to 15h: Registration/Uniform Check at Venue.  Please bring your trisuit and your own elastic band for race numbers.

Saturday 26.03.16:

Athlete Lounge open: 6.30am.

Transition Check : 7.00am to 7.30am.

Swim warm up: From 7.10 am to 7.45am.

Athletes` presentation: 7.50am

Men Start: 8.00.

Women Start: 8.05am.

Medal Ceremony: 9.30am.
