In our latest round-up from the world of cyberspace, we scoured the athlete’s blogs, Tweets and Facebook updates to bring you the best of what our international athletes are saying and doing.

ITU’s athletes headed to Ishigaki last weekend, and got a little fright from a small earthquake while they were there.

@K3Sport Kirsten Sweetland
Just felt an earthquake! High up in the hotel was a scary place to be!

Ireland’s Gavin Noble had his own unique way of dealing with the situation.

However, there was more to Ishigaki than just the tremor and the racing….

@K3Sport Kirsten Sweetland
Traditional Ishigaki karaoke night was just what the doctor ordered!

Of course let’s not forget about the athletes who did all the hard work to get themselves on the podium.

In other parts of the world, ITU’s top athletes are enjoying some time at home to continue their training for the season ahead.

@GOSticksy Brad Kahlefeldt

Arh the joys of riding in the country -4 hrs, 5 cars, 4 trucks, 1000 sheep 800 cattle and a block headwind all the way home

@bevanjdocherty Bevan Docherty

@AliBrownleetri Alistair Brownlee
