New Entry Guidelines!

Important: Due to the success of the athlete entry system on for world cup and world Championship races, ITU are now implementing online entries for ALL ITU

sanctioned events.

It is now mandatory that all athletes for


sanctioned race are now entered using the online entry system on

National Federations: The system is identical to that used for the ITU World Cup Series currently used by all National Federations (NFs).
NFs who have not used the system before can find a simple tutorial on using the system by clicking here or please email for details on using the system.

NFs are required to enter ALL elite athletes from their federation into the system. Details on how to do this are also provided in the tutorial above.

Athletes: Please note that only the NF has the right to enter athletes into ITU races and to the ITU system.

Athletes must contact to their NF if they want to be entered for an ITU race. There are no exceptions here.

Event organizers: can download start lists by going to the event page in and clicking on start list/results button. The start list appears and can be exported to an excel file. This can be used for your timing team or for any other purpose. Using Internet Explorer place the cursor on any position of the start list table, click the right button, and select the option export to excel and an excel file format of the start list will be downloaded to your computer.

Entry fee payment can be done when the athletes receive the race package.

Assigning Race Numbers: ITU Entries Service will update daily all the start lists, and will assign the race numbers the Wednesday before the race, according with the applicable criteria.
