Entrenamiento de los miércoles con Alina Hanschke Busch

Esta semana retornamos a los miércoles de entrenamiento con algunos de los mejores atletas de las categorías por edades de la Gran Final Edmonton 2014. La mejicana Alina Hanschke Busch, que pasó del décimo tercer lugar en 2013 al segundo en 2014 por la categoría femenina 30-34 distancia estándar, comparte sus ejercicios favoritos para conquistar este deporte.

¿Cómo te involucraste con el triatlón?
Mi hermano Lars Hanschke motivó mi trabajo y mi estilo de vida saludable.

¿Con qué frecuencia entrenas?
1-2 veces al día.

¿Cuál es tu motivación para correr?
Mejorar mis tiempos y ser mejor. Sentir el ESTILO DE VIDA SALUDABLE

¿Has encontrado algún obstáculo en tu entrenamiento? ¿Lo has superado?
Siempre hay algo con lo que no puedes, por ejemplo una lesión menor que te obligue a descansar. Yo lo tomo como entrenamiento mental, busco una solución y hago otro tipo de ejercicio, o si no, trato de imaginarme entrenando. Eso me ayuda. Siempre digo que el poder mental es uno de los más importantes en el triatlón.

¿Qué consejo tienes para llegar al equilibrio entre el trabajo, las relaciones y el entrenamiento?
Pasión, amor, disciplina, lo más importante: organización

Ejercicio de natación favorito:
500m calentamiento 

10 x 50m con 85-90% de mayor aceleración cardíaca y 30 segundos de Descanso entre intervalos
100 m lentos
10 x 100m con 85-90% de mayor aceleración cardíaca y 30 segundos de descanso entre intervalos
500 m para enfriar.

Ejercicio de ciclismo favorito: 
10 min de calentamiento 

3 x 15 seg en 120rpm 1.45min de recuperación
12min en Zona 3 con 85-90rpm
3min de recuperación Zona 2
9min en Zona 3+  con 85-90rpm
3min de recuperación Zona 2
7min en Zona 4 con 85-90rpm
3min de recuperación Zona 2
4 x 45 seg zona 3 con 100rpm rec. 2.15min
10 min para enfriar

Ejercicio pedestre favorito:
15 min de calentamiento 

5 x 1000 m con aprox. 90% del maximo de aceleración cardíaca con 3 min de Descanso entre intervalos

10 min para enfriar
