Athlete Biography

I first took up triathlon in 2002, because I wanted a new bike. My brother, who is a professional triathlete, has had the biggest influence on my sporting career.

I currently train in Saint Moritz, and during a typical training week I do six hours of swimming, 10 hours of cycling, and five hours of running. My personal best swim time (1500m) is 16:30, bike (40km) 57 minutes, and run (10km) 34 minutes. My favorite ITU race has been Gold Coast, Australia, because that’s the only one I have participated in. My triathlon goal is to go to the Olympic Games.
