Athlete Biography

I first took up triathlon to show others what could be done under adversity. My training hours per week are six hours of swimming, seven hours of biking, and five hours of running. My triathlon goals are to win a national title, to win a world title, and the Ironman World Championships. I work with the Challenged Athletes Foundation and Operation Rebound. Outside of triathlon, I work with injured men and women of our armed forces.
