Athlete Biography
I was introduced to triathlons in 2005 when I visited Australia, I found the sport very fulfilling and challenging especially the swimming. As an age group triathlete having to juggle work, parenthood and training, I have really tried to focus on improving my all round ability in the sport since the beginning of 2009. I currently live and train in Australia and travel back to England to qualify for championship races. I hope over the next couple of seasons to remain injury free and turn out some great results. My next real focus is qualifying for the World Championships in Beijing 2011.
