Regions to apply: Central America and Caribe and South America.
Characteristics:
Aimed at the Emerging and in Develop National Federations that need improve human resources for the sport development of their countries and continue with the ITU Program of Certification of their coaches. 
Eligibility: Open to the attendants from the National Federation of border countries. No requirement of previous knowledge of triathlon.
