Group bookings should be made by Thursday 8th July 2010. Beyond this date, Lausanne Tourism won’t be able to guarantee your request but will do its utmost to deal it according to final availabilities.

Hotel’s cancellation conditions for Group bookings are as follows :
Less than 5 weeks - 10%  room’s price / arrangement
Less than 3 weeks - 25%  room’s price / arrangement
Less than 2 weeks - 50%  room’s price / arrangement
Less than 5 days - 80%  room’s price / arrangement

No-Shows for rooms booked will be invoiced 80% of the first night of the stay.
