Anti-Doping Results

Under the ITU Anti-Doping Rules and WADA Code, all National Federations must report all tests done each quarter to ITU. Therefore, all National Federations are requested to send in all 2008 Anti-Doping results (negative, adverse analytical findings, positive) taken so far this year.  All pending decisions should also be sent to ITU.

Information should include athlete name, National Federation of athlete, sample number, In or Out of Competition, Event Name (if applicable), Date of Sample Collection, and Laboratory used.  In the case of a positive test or adverse analytical finding, the substance found and the results of the hearing are also to be included.  If no tests have been conducted to date in 2008, please send that information as well.

Please send all information regarding Anti-Doping to Leslie Buchanan at leslie.buchanan@triathlon.org or fax to 1.604.904.9249 by October 31st, 2008.

Thank you to all those National Federations who are already in compliance by having sent in their information.
