This week, we take a look at the final swim tip of the video series. Now that we have reviewed swim safety, core strength and coordination, it’s time to put it all together. We told you last week how much rhythm plays into a strong, smooth, energy efficient swim. But making your body kick, pull, breath and sight when you want it to is easier said than done.

Learn how to spot your intended direction while minimalizing energy output, improve your kick to propel you forward and move more water on the catch of your stroke.
