Triathlon Essentials: An Introduction to Swim Safety

Safety is the utmost important factor when training and racing a triathlon. Many athletes often find the swim the most daunting discipline of the three, as maneuvering in unfamiliar water amongst a sea of bodies can often be chaotic. In this week’s training tips, we bring you some essential tips for remaining safe on the swim.

There is no better way to put your safety skills to the test than with an ITU triathlon. ITU races have some of the best views of any events.
