Hello Triathlon Athletes and Coaches,

I hope that you triathlon year has been a successful and fun one.  My name
is Troy Nakamura and I am the Coordinator for International Relations in
Ishigaki City, Japan.  This year, I am helping to coordinate the translation
team that will be available to help athletes during their stay in Ishigaki.

I am sending this email to see if I anyone has any questions about the race
or about lodging.  I will be more than happy to offer my help.

We have a wonderful translation team this year of 15 native speakers as well
as many Japanese translation volunteers.  We will have multiple mini-help
desks, airport greetings, and a telephone line available for athletes that
need translation help.  Please email me if you have any questions.  If
possible, I would also like to receive the arrival and departure schedules
for the athletes.  This way, we can plan to greet and help with hotel
check-ins.

Thank you very much for your time and help.

Sincerely,
Troy Itsuo Nakamura
Coordinator for International Relations
