MyStory 2009 - Voting Open

08 Sep, 2009 10:47

Triathlon is often made up of inspirational stories and feats of accomplishment. Just completing a race for many people is a massive achievement, although many amateurs overcome far greater obstacles on their road to the start line.

MyStory is an annual ITU tradition where age group and paratriathlete competitors competing at the ITU Triathlon World Championships are invited to contribute their stories of how they made it to the event whilst battling through more than just the daily grind of training. Visitors to www.triathlon.org vote for their favourite features, and one man and one woman are declared the MyStory peoples favourite.

In 2009 the two winners will receive a Suunto prize kit, including a Suunto t6c Triathlon Series wristop computer system with foot and bike pod, courtesy of Suunto, Train Smarter; as well as a VIP package for the Gold Coast containing VIP tickets for the Saturday and Sunday and an Asics sports package.  Total prize value of $1,000.

VOTING IS AVAILABLE HERE
