Nevis Hosts its first Off-Road Triathlon

The tiny but beautiful island of Nevis joined the Off-Road triathlon craze this week, when it hosted its first evnt in this format. Federation president Winston Crooke was pleased with the success of the race and is keen to promote more along the same lines. Race winner in the expert category Reggie Douglas was very happy and stated that he was back to his mountainbiking roots. A good time was had by all 28 competitors, and the fine weather and scenic course deflected attention away from the hard work involved.
