“ITU Triathlon Training Tips” is a new initiative launched by ITU for all triathletes young and old interested in improving their triathlon performance. These tips are designed for everybody from the novice triathlete just starting out in the triathlon world, all the way up to elite athlete wanting to shave vital seconds off their times. Each week we will bring you hints and tips from the world’s best triathletes who share their wealth of triathlon experience with you.
