A strong core helps improve effeciency on the bike
Welcome to part 11 of the ITU Sport Development tutorial. This week we look at using your core in biking.
The core works as a stablisier in riding, as in swimming a strong core will help you maintain a more efficient pedal stroke. Watch examples from the pro’s and listen to the breakdown of this skill from the ITU Sport Development department.
Tune in next week for the bike coordination section.
