He started his career in pools and then married his father’s passion to see the birth of the triathlete that he is. Oussama Hellal Berrouane knew how to tame the contests of unfavorable circumstances of life and keep his dreams afloat while looking after his cycle of progression on his bike to become a champion. Today, he dreams of being the standard bearer of Algeria in a new discipline: triathlon. For him: the main objective remains participation in the Olympic Games in Paris in just under 5 years. He intends to devote himself to it fully. Back on a route full of pitfalls braved at the price of an unshakable determination. At 22, he sees things big and he has a huge dream: to be present at the Paris Olympiades in 2024. Oussama Hellal Berrouane will remain forever first Algerian to win a podium in a continental competition. It was late August when he finished bronze in triathlon at the 2019 African Games in Rabat.
