
Jeremy was born 3 months premature which resulted in him being diagnosed with hemiplegia cerebral palsy. Whilst not fully embracing his impairment until his late 20s, it wasn’t until 2019 when he actively looked into para-sport as he began to accept and publicise the fact he had cerebral palsy. Jeremy making his domestic debut in para-triathlon in 2020 and subsequent international debut in 2022 post COVID lockdowns. His first year on the international circuit proved a success, culminating in 3rd place at the PTS4 2022 World Championships. Jeremy never thought he would be a Paralympian until he found para-sport which then lit the fire to represent Australia on the biggest stage, the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
