Course objectives
Welcome to the World Triathlon Technical Officials Community Level Course e-learning resource. This new e-learning education platform has been developed to allow for individuals to participate in the community level course online without physically attending a course.

This particular course is providing the basic knowledge that someone needs to have around event organization and competition rules. It will guide seminar participants to make sure that all World Triathlon events are guided by World Triathlon Competition Rules, the Event Organisers Manual and all other appropriate World Triathlon Competition Rules and Guidelines so that our events are safe and fair for all athletes.

This course will prepare technical officials who are in the first few years of their international triathlon officiating experience.
