The event will be held at Ngamotu Beach and the surrounding scenic roads of Taranaki. The 2023 event will be part of a Triathlon Festival with the NZ Sprint Distance Championships

Swim = 1 lap of 750m
Bike = 4 laps of 5km = 20km
Run = 3 laps of 1.66km = 5km
