Character: Sub-regional, with invitation extended to countries from the region.
Regions: North America, Central America and the Caribbean.
Characteristics:
Aimed at Emerging and Developing National Federations that want to train the human resources in their countries at a technical level, and continue with the ITU Program of Certification.
This should be integrated to the Program of Education of the National Federation.
Eligibility: Open to technical officials from neighboring countries.
The host country selected to hold this course should have been given the approval to develop a Continental Cup.
